Terms and Conditions

 

 

1.      Promoter name and address:

The campaign is organized by Cash Express Service Ltd, Sofia, 22, Y. Venelin Str.

 

2.      Campaign territory:

       The campaign will be organized and conducted in the locations of the Cash Express Service structure in Bulgaria  

 

3.      Duration of the campaign:

      The campaign begins on 07.06.2010 and ends on 05.09.2010.

      The duration is 13 weeks.  

 

4.      Framework and mechanism of the campaign:

·        Customer who receive or send money transfer via Western Union in a location of the Cash Express Service structure in Bulgaria during the campaign period will receive a free ticket for participation in the campaign.

 

·        There is a special place on every ticket where the date of the transaction must be filled in and the FLA who processed the transaction must sign and stamp.

 

·        The participant in the campaign receives a prize /anti-stress ball/ for every second and another prize /T-shirt/ for every forth transaction done via Western Union in a location of the Cash Express structure in Bulgaria.

 

·        The prizes are shown on the campaign tickets, and the Cash Express Service corporate website.

 

·        The participant in the campaign must fill in full name, address and telephone number on the campaign ticket.   

 

·        No prizes will be given to two participants at the same time, if the following circumstances occur:

-         There are four transactions between them, on the territory of Bulgaria during the promo period

-         Each transaction is under 500 BGN

-         Both participants had received gifts for the second transaction.

 

5.      Procedure for receiving prizes:

·        All prizes will be received personally by the participants after they present a campaign ticket with two or four correctly filled money transfers and a valid identification document.

 

·        All prizes of each type shall be available while on stock.

 

·        The prizes cannot be exchanged for their cash equivalent. 

 

6.       Description of the campaign prizes

 The prizes are:

·        Anti-stress ball /football, tennis ball, baseball/ with the logos of Western Union Yes! and Cash Express Service;

·        T-shirt with the logos of Western Union Yes! and Cash Express Service;

 

7.      Responsibility:

      The promoter Cash Express Service is not responsible for any production defects of the prizes  received during the campaign in case of claims.

 

8.      Entry rights:

·        Every Bulgarian citizen or resident who is 18 years old and over and receive or send at least one money transfer via Western Union in the locations of the Cash Express Service structure in Bulgaria during the campaign period can participate in the campaign.

 

·        All Cash Express Service employees involved in this campaign and their families  are not allowed to participate in any way. 

 

9.      Personal data protection:

·        Every participant in this campaign voluntarily agrees to provide personal data which may be stored and used only in connection with the participation in the current campaign.

 

·        The promoter is obligated to use the collected data in accordance to the terms and

conditions of this campaign and to comply with the Applicable Data Protection Legislation.

 

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE APPLICABLE AND WILL BE A GUIDE  FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE campaign.

 

a customer who does not accept those Terms and Conditions cannot participate in the campaign. Participation in the campaign is not obligatory.
