 - Find the nearest Western Union® Agent location.
- Fill Western Union®’s form "To receive money".
- Write where the money is sent from, name of the sender and amount which you expect.
- If you have money transfer control number, please write it. Money transfer control number is not mandatory but if you have MTCN it will be easier to locate the transaction.
- Give form to the agent.
- Present a valid ID.
- Bulgarians – identity card, driving license, passport
- Foreigners – passport
- European citizens - identity card or passport
- Always consult Western Union®’s agent what currency is most profitable to take – local currency, Euro or USD.
- After the transfer is completed you will receive money and customer copy receipt.
