 - Find the nearest Western Union® Agent location.
- Fill Western Union®’s form "To send money".
- Always consult with Western Union®’s agent about the currency with which operates the destination country.
- Give form to the agent, money which you want to send and charges.
- Present a valid ID.
- Bulgarians – identity card, driving license, passport
- Foreigner - passport
- European citizens - identity card or passport
- Iinformation about money transfer will be typed into Western Union®’s computer system.
- You will receive customer copy receipt.
- Tell the receiver how much money you send, who sends money, country from which you send money and control number (MTCN). Money transfer control number is not mandatory but if you have MTCN it will be easier to locate the transaction.
