Cash Express Service is established and starts working as an Authorized Representative of Western Union® in 2001.
Cash Express Service is the only one non banking institution representative of Western Union® for Bulgaria.
In 2001 the company begins working with 15 representations – partners of Cash Express Service which offer Western Union® services.
In 2006 the company has over 90 partners.
The total number of representatives is 148 in 57 cities.
In 2003 at a conference of Western Union® which was made in Istanbul Cash Express Service won the prize for the fastest developing structure.
In 2005 Customer Service Center of Cash Express Service won the prize for "Service Quality 2004".
In 2006 representative of Cash Express Service won the prize for "Service Quality 2005".
In 2006 Cash Express Service get a license for non banking financial institution from Bulgarian National Bank
In 2007 representative of Cash Express Service in the city of Razgrad won the first prize in Western Union's initiative "Service Quality 2006"
In 2007 representative of Cash Express Service in the city of Isperih won the first prize in Western Union's initiative "Growth League 2006"
